Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Alcohol-Free Toner purifies and refreshes skin without the harsh, drying effects of alcohol. Suitable for even sensitive skin and is gentle around eyes​. Made with Glycerin that is well known to improve skin hydration, while respecting skin's moisture barrier.​

This Toner helps to boost skin's resiliency against everyday environmental aggressors and delay visible pre-aging signs. And because it is alcohol-free, this formula will not strip delicate facial skin of its own natural moisture.

HOW TO USE
Moisten cotton ball with Toner. Apply to face and neck with gentle upwards strokes.
