Dont buy
i NEVER write reviews but I just had to with this product - it is SO bad. Despite being an 'oil free' moisturiser, it is the oiliest one i have ever used somehow? it leaves that weird film in my eyes u get when u get oil in them. when trying to take off makeup, it leave an oily film that u cant remove, and means that no other makeup will go over top. I tried to fix my eyeliner, and couldnt add any more eyeliner to my eye bc i couldnt get rid of the oil slick so the makeup wouldnt stay. su h a waste of money unfortunately

Remover
The Neutrogena oil free make up remover was a great product overall. It was a handy and portable make up remover that serves it purpose without being too tough on sensitive skin. The oil free component made it just the right balance of moisturizing while not leaving a heavy feeling on the skin.

Best eye makeup remover
I love experimenting with my eyes with different makeup products but removing it has always been stressful . When I got chance to try Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Make-up Remover I was so satisfied. I could remove my waterproof eye make-up without any tugging, pulling or stinging.

Great stuff
This is an affordable product that works well to remove makeup residue. I find it very gentle around my eyes and it does not leave my skin feeling oily after use. A small amount goes a long way so I find this product is good value for money

Neutrogena oil-free make-up remover
This Neutrogena oil-free eye make-up remover is a MUST TRY! I've never had such awesome excellent results with removing eye make-up with such ease like I have with this product. This product did not cause any skin irritations what so ever and most of all it does not have an oily texture which is usually left behind on your skin from other eye make-up removers that I've used previously in the past. It doesn't sting or burn your eyes and I found to be very gentle on my sensitive skin.
